8 EURO coins common use: Finland 1, 2, 5, 10, 20 and 50 cents coins: A Finnish heraldic lion work of the sculptor Heikki Häiväoja. This symbol was used on various Finnish coins such as 1 markka coins between 1694 and 2001. 1 euro coins: The artist designed the pattern of two swans flying over a Finnish landscape. This design   was presented at the organised competition for the design of a commemorative coin about the 80 th anniversary of Finland Independence. 2 euro coins:   Cloudberries and cloudberry flowers, designed by Raimo Heino. Engraved on the edge: SUOMI FINLAND * * *, * standing for   a lion head. Kit composed of new unused coins from various years.
